Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. In most cases, we provide same-day or next-day service within the Indianapolis metro area. We prioritize urgent issues like refrigerators not cooling or washers leaking. Booking online or calling early in the day gives you the best chance of securing a same-day appointment.
What brands do you service?
We service nearly all major appliance brands, including:

Do you install customer-supplied parts?
In most cases, we do not install customer-supplied parts. This is because we can’t guarantee their quality or compatibility. To provide our 90-day warranty, we only install parts we supply directly. This ensures reliability and protects your investment.
Do you repair built-in or stackable appliances?
Yes. We handle built-in dishwashers, wall ovens, stackable washer-dryer units, and compact appliances. If access is difficult, please let us know when booking so our technician comes prepared with the right tools.
How does the diagnostic fee work?
We charge a $79 diagnostic fee, which covers the technician’s trip, inspection, and troubleshooting. If you approve the repair during the same visit, this fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair. That means you’re not paying extra for diagnostics — it simply goes toward the work you need.
What are your warranty terms?
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue occurs again within that time, we’ll return and make it right at no cost. We use OEM-quality parts whenever available, ensuring long-lasting results.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept:
